Important! Send only direct deposits to your Prime Exchange address. We do not support non-standard transactions or smart contract forwards. Do not use third party platforms to fund in coins into Prime Exchange as your coin maybe lost in the processes.

Prime Exchange strongly advised users to withdraw their coins to their personal wallets before funding into Prime Exchange to prevent lost of slow confirmation of coins into your account

Users who have used third party platforms to fund in coins into Prime Exchange and have not received your fund in after 24 hours, do send the address of the coin wallet on Prime Exchange that you have funded into, the number of coins and the transaction number to our support page. We will try to help process you transaction. Processing time may take up to 48 hours after you send a support ticket.
